No credit card details are required while creating a trial account. But you need to provide a valid email address during the trial period.
Can I upgrade from free plan to paid plan?
Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade from one plan to another plan anytime.
Can I get all the features in my trial Account?
Yes, you will get all the features as per the subscription. Your trial period can be used to learn and test OnCloudERP with your real time data and business processes.
What will happen when my trial expires?
After your trial expires, the system will provide access only to Control Panel and block access to all the ERP modules. You can pay and use the services again or downgrade to a FREE plan and continue to work with limited features forever. For more information, read our Terms of services carefully.
What will happen when my subscribed database size is reached?
You can upgrade to a higher plan or increase your database size via Subscription Details page (Home --> Control Panel --> Manage Account --> Subscription Details) in the application, by using the option 'Increase Users/Database Size'.
